1. Access to all of our LIVE and On Demand fitness classes. These classes are suitable for all fitness levels. You can read more about these in our Online Classes Section. All you need to get started is a set of dumbbells. All classes are saved in the group so you can complete them in your own time.
3. Personalised daily calorie, protein & step goals will be set depending on your goals. Different individuals will have different goals, fat loss, increased fitness/weight maintenance or weight gain/lean muscle gain. Sensible flexible eating approach with food tracking through MyFitnessPal (free to download and use).
4. Initial Zoom consultation to discuss your goals & individual circumstances. Weekly check in and advice from your coach by email to assess progress and make any adjustments necessary to continue to get results with follow up Zoom call every 4th week.
5. Access to private Facebook Group with content on a wide variety of nutrition and mindset topics each week. These videos & posts are designed to equip you with the knowledge and understanding of all things fitness, mindset & nutrition wise to set you up for long term success.
